Black Sands Media LLC is a web design and development company. We do not produce, create, film, photograph, upload, or host sexually explicit content of any kind. This website contains no sexually explicit material.

No Records Required

Because Black Sands Media LLC does not produce content that would constitute “actual sexually explicit conduct” as defined in 18 U.S.C. § 2256, the record-keeping requirements of 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 do not apply to this website.

Client Obligations

Websites we build for clients are owned and operated by those clients. Each client is the producer of their own content and is solely responsible for compliance with 18 U.S.C. § 2257, including maintaining records establishing that every performer depicted was at least 18 years of age at the time of creation, and for publishing their own compliance statement and custodian of records information on their own site.

Every client warrants this to us in writing as a condition of engagement.

Zero Tolerance

We will not build, maintain, or knowingly assist any website involving minors or non-consensual material. We terminate such engagements immediately and cooperate fully with law enforcement.
