Refund Policy

Deposits
The deposit required to begin a project is non-refundable. It reserves your build slot and covers discovery, planning, and initial design work.
Before Work Begins
If you cancel before we have begun design or development work, we will refund any amount paid above the deposit.
During A Project
If you cancel mid-project, you are billed for work completed to the date of cancellation. Any balance held above that amount is refunded within 14 days.
After Launch
Completed and delivered projects are not refundable. If something we built is broken or does not match the agreed scope, we will fix it at no cost — tell us and we will make it right.
Care Plans
Care Plans are billed monthly in advance and may be cancelled at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Partial months are not refunded.
Chargebacks
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. We would rather solve the problem.
